meet their particular needs and objectives. Our
performance-based management fee encourages efficient,
effective investment decisions - consistently.
To
participate in our Discretionary Portfolio Management
Program, it is not necessary for you to have an existing
investment account opened with a brokerage house. We can
assist you in opening an account in a number of favorable tax
jurisdictions. But, if you have an existing brokerage
account, we can work with it if you prefer.
We
will forward buy and sell orders for the account on a
regular bases, and at the end of each quarter we will bill you for
our portion of the profits. Our Management Fee is based on a
percentage of profits and varies with the size of
the account.
Trading
activity an each account is tailored to the needs and risk
profile of each individual client. Personal
meetings with clients are arranged if possible when
structuring/reviewing the portfolio. We specialized in
US and European "blue chips" and technology, and
internet stocks.
Comprehensive
quarterly reports on the management and performance
of the portfolio are forwarded at the end of each quarter.
Monthly reports are also available if required.
